These terms govern your use of the craftbox.ge website (hereinafter — “CraftBox” or “we”) and any order you place through our site. By using the site or placing an order you confirm your agreement to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Provisions
1.1 craftbox.ge is operated by Craftbox (LLC), registered in Georgia. The company’s registered address: დავით ყიფიანის 2#, Tbilisi 0154.
1.2 The website is available to persons over 18 years of age, or to those who have the consent of a parent/guardian.
1.3 These terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia. Any dispute shall be heard by the Tbilisi City Court.
1.4 Craftbox reserves the right to change these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material change by email.
2. Orders and the Contract
2.1 An order can be placed online on the site or by phone (+995 557 23 42 22). Each order constitutes an offer sent to Craftbox.
2.2 The contract is deemed concluded when Craftbox sends order confirmation by email or SMS.
2.3 For personalised products (photo mug, hoodie, puzzle, etc.) the customer must provide a photo/file of adequate quality. If the file is of low quality, Craftbox will contact the customer.
2.4 Craftbox reserves the right to refuse an order if the service cannot be provided or the order breaches these terms. In such a case the customer is refunded in full.
3. Products and Prices
3.1 All prices are given in Georgian Lari (₾) and include VAT (in accordance with the Tax Code of Georgia).
3.2 Photos shown on the site are illustrative. A slight difference in colour may be noticed due to different screen settings.
3.3 Craftbox reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. This change does not affect orders that have already been placed.
4. Payment
Payment on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)
Craftbox currently works only with cash payment. Payment is made to the courier as soon as the product is delivered. Payment by online card or bank transfer will be added in the future.
4.1 Craftbox does not store or process bank card data. No electronic payment takes place on the site, therefore the PCI-DSS standard applies only to future integrations.
5. Delivery
1–3 working days after the order is processed.
2–3 working days. Delivery is available to any region of Georgia.
5.1 The delivery period is counted in working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
5.2 The courier will contact you before arrival. If delivery could not be made (the customer is unreachable), the courier will try again after coordination.
5.3 A delay (public holiday, weather, force majeure) is not considered a breach of contract. In such a case the customer is notified.
6. Returns and Refunds
Personalised products — returns not possible
Hoodies, mugs, puzzles, pillows and other personalised items are made specifically for you. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c) and the Georgian Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the cooling-off (withdrawal) right does not apply to such products.
Defective product — free replacement
If the product arrived damaged or differs from the order (our mistake), we replace it with a new one entirely free of charge. To this end:
- 1.Send us a photo of the problem within 48 hours of receipt

- 3.We will send the replacement product within a further 1–3 working days
Order cancellation — before production begins
An order can be cancelled only before production begins (usually — within 2 hours of the order). Contact us at +995 557 23 42 22 or by email. In the case of a cancelled order, payment (if any) is refunded within 5 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the site (logo, text, photos, design) is the property of Craftbox and is protected by the copyright legislation of Georgia.
7.2 For photo material sent for an order (photo, image), the customer confirms that they hold the right to use it and grants Craftbox a licence to fulfil the order.
7.3 Craftbox will not use your photos for any other purpose (marketing, social media) without your separate written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Craftbox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profit, sentimental value), to the extent permitted by law.
8.2 Craftbox’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8.3 This clause does not reduce the customer’s statutory rights under the Georgian Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.
